i have 20% thing. i realize im supposed to put it in my trays but it came wih no instructions and i cant find anything online. how much are you supposed to put in the tray and how long should i leave it in?

I tried to use a toothpaste that supposedly ‘whitens teeth’ and it seemed to hurt my gums and make my teeth very sensitive. I take good care of my teeth and other normal toothpastes dont seem to be a problem. Do you think these new toothpastes can be bad for you, or has anyone experienced this as a displeasure as well?
