Can crown lengthening ruin the site for a future dental implant?
I need to have 2 crown lengthening procedures done on 2 molars. They have to remove some bone tissue to expose more tooth structure to keep the crowns glued on. Is this bone removal during a crown lengthening procedure minimal? Or would this slight bone removal possibly destroy the site for a future implant if the crowns fail? If too much bone was lost to support an implant is there a way to add back bone to support the implant?

After getting a titanium-based tooth implant my gf can see the metal through her gum. How can we fix it?
It was a year-long, costly process and she’s very unhappy with the final result. She could see the metal somewhat when she had the fakey tooth (like a retainer), but it seems worse now that they added the tooth itself. It’s the tooth next to her front tooth, so it’s visible in her smile. It is not just an issue of the gumline, but through half the gum the metal shows darkly. She’s concerned that it is an issue of the placement of the post and there will be nothing she can do to resolve it. She had the tooth itself put on a couple weeks ago and has an appt. scheduled in a couple more weeks. Is this a natural step, like the gum will bulk up over time? Does anyone have any ideas about what her options are/will be? Thank you!

poland to have this done because it is much cheaper than having it done in ireland,my fear is if anything goes wrong i will have to fly over and back to poland also you hear horror stories about going abroad for cheaper work, has anyone got a sinus lift done in poland or anywhere else ? i would like to no if anyone knows where in ireland i could get this done?im also a smoker so im prone to infection in the mouth?

I just saw that commercial about celebrity teeth whitener. If my teeth were generally ok, but they are not those perfectly white teeth.
