I just gotten my teeth whitened at the dentist today. I know what not to eat, but idk if I can eat spam, egg, hawaian bread, pizza, milk, ramen noodles, fish, or even popeyes chicken. Please help. Im interested in teeth whitening – I want fast (of course), with great results – but I also want the most economical. I have been hearing that the dentist prescribed at home bleaching provides the same results as the in-office chair-side whitening -but that the at home takes a little more time.
