I have several implants and no periodontal disease that I know of (my gums do not bleed or hurt aside from when I clench/grind during the night).
My questions are:
1) do I need deep cleanings or are regular cleanings enough?

i have very very bad toothache i went to dentist he said i have tooth infection and also need a filling..?
he gave me antibiotics which i have been taking. why didnt he do my filling? it was a emergency dentist as i dont yet have one. my teeth are killing me its all my left side of my mouth im in agony and taking up to 6 ibruprofen at a time. almost 20 tablets a day also orajel and also tried salt water and bongela and i am waaiting for some clove oil to come. im in so much pain i cant deal with it is there any other ways to rid of toothache? also will these antibiotics defo get rid of my toothache?

I brush, floss and use mouthwash twice a day, but I still would like my teeth to be 2 or 3 shades whiter. I have used Crest White Strips and similar products in the past but they are too costly to buy regularly, and the same with getting anything done at the dentist. Is there a way to make a whitening paste or strips at home, or anything I can do to whiten my teeth that doesn’t cost too much?
