For some time now, I have really wanted to have teeth whitening done.
In reading some of the posts here and on the net, I have real concerns about the home treatment or treatment at the dentist as from what I understand, these treatments do damage the enamel.
As such, is there any other method I can use to get my teeth white. Perhaps it will not work quite as fast as the other treatments out there, but if I could get the results over a period of a month or even longer, I’d be real happy.

When is an x-ray is taken to decide how long and thick the titanium bolt of a dental implant should be?
Can this x ray be taken before a bone graft is healed? Or should the x-ray taken only after the graft has healed?

I read this chart on how many shades lighter certain teeth whitening treatments will get you…zoom in office laser whitening is supposed to be like 3-10 shades.
So what determines this? Will I get superior results if I first use an at home treatment…will it start off my 3-10 shades when I use zoom from my new, already-partially-whitened shade or from the original shade making two treatments basically a waste of money?
