I already know that they are considered “cosmetic” and therefore all insurance companies that I know of do not pay anything on them. But I was wondering if perhaps there were some out there that might. If so, which?

Because, frankly strips are annoying and bleaching is not healthy so . . .
I use Crest Extra Whitening tartar protection toothpaste.
But since high-school’s coming up I can only brush twice a day . . . but maybe I can brush right after school if its really so important

Dental implants, what should I look for?
I am going for a dental implant consult with a periodontist, what questions should I ask, what should I be looking for. My dentist suggested her, since my regular periodontist does not perform this procedure. A endodontist did do some work on this tooth previously, (about 3 years ago) should I go back to him? What extra degrees or training does one need to perform implants. Thanks!

First, what is a good whitening toothpaste?
Second, what is a good product to use for teeth whitening that doesn’t leave my teeth extremely sensitive? I have heard from multiple people that a lot of the whitening strips leave your teeth very sensitive. Anyone have any experience with a whitening product that does not leave you with extremely sensitive teeth after?

Just wondering whether its a bad thing for you… also does it last for a long time? as in, would your teeth still go yellow after a while? I’d like to get it done but it depends on how much it would cost and the dangers!

I have lived with two front teeth that stick out for my whole life and my teeth aren’t in terrific shape anyway. Rather than go through all the trouble and expense of getting my teeth perfect with braces and all the associated dental work necessary before-hand, is it possible to just have the two front teeth removed and then have straight implants put in their place? One of those two teeth was already chipped halfway and repaired a decade ago anyway. I am not by any means “attached” to them.

My teeth are coffee stained yellowish.The dentisit said that for 220.00 I can get a mold made to fit my teeth and they would give me the bleach to do as many times as I wanted at home. the dental assistant showed me her pearly white teeth and I was impressed. will it work that well for everyone?
