I need new teeth. I am looking into clear choice. I am not sure how it works yet but I would like in sight from past or current clients. Or go to a regular Dentist?

My brother currently wears dentures — full uppers & lowers. He wants something more durable, with more biting power if you will. I recommended dental implants, but I have heard that the cost is quite expensive. What can he anticipate to pay to get a full mouth of dental implants? Front tooth dental implant and Periodontal disease?
Over two years my front tooth started to separate and now I have a gap in the front. My physician recommended I see a periodontist and possible lose one of my front tooth. I did and he recommended surgery to clean under my gums first and then possible dental implant. I wanted a second view and met with another specialist. He told me that I could just remove the tooth, let it heal, and have a dental implant. The second way is way cheaper. My question is will periodontal disease stop growing if the tooth is removed? Which way is better? Thanks
