Hi, this goes along with my previous question and is basically the main point I guess. I had a bridge, and I am wondering if I still had it, if I could’ve saved money on the temporary tooth that most dentists give you during the bone grafting process.

I live in Southern California and have done a little research on the web about dental implants. Have not done a lot because I am busy at work and my world wide web sucks. Most places in Orange County are crazy expensive.
And no, I am not going to Mexico for dental work.

My dentist says he can’t cap my broken rear tooth, and apparently, my only options are extraction, or replacement with an implant, which he says costs about £1500!!!
(Or I can leave it in, and risk infection : ( )

extreme pain with tooth implants?
I had 4 teeth in the front done and it is extremely painful…i can’t seem to get the inflammation gone out of the gums…it has been two weeks and it hurts just as much as the day they did them…the dentist looked at them and then put me on methylpred which seemed to help but now i am all out of prescription and it hurts so much…any recommendations to what to do I was on Tylenol 3 when i came home and that only worked for an hour and a half…I have been taking so much Tylenol and Advil and Oragel and Cloreseptic sprays etc I have taken so much it is making me sick. And I have tried heat and cold packs nothing seems to work. Any other recommendations of what I could try till I can speak to the dentist again tomorrow
